MVNU STEM VISIT DAY (will count as college visit day if you complete a Special Absence Form, pick one up in Guidance Office)

STEM Visit Day is an up-close exploration of what it’s like to study biology, computer systems & network engineering, chemistry, computer engineering, computer science, engineering,  speech-language pathology and audiology, mathematics, health sciences, or nursing at MVNU. Click here to register.

    Students can look forward to:

    • One-on-one time with faculty, current students, alumni, and getting an inside look at where a math or science degree can take them.
    • The grand tour of our learning and living spaces on our beautiful 300+ acre campus. This includes our outstanding nursing facility (Hunter Hall) and our new engineering facility (The Stephen W. Nease Center).
    • Meeting with admissions, financial aid, and other staff who have the answers they’re looking for.

    MVNU Athletic Recruitment Day

The event will kick-off Saturday Oct. 14 at 3 p.m. in Foster Hall in Ariel Arena. Prospective student-athletes will hear from MVNU's Athletic Director Chip Wilson, tour the athletic facilities, attend a men's soccer game, eat dinner, and learn about life at MVNU.

There are 3 ways to participate in Intercollegiate Athletics here at MVNU:

    • VARSITY
For the highly dedicated college-level athlete. Varsity teams involve high commitment and drive to compete at the highest level of NAIA play.
    • RESERVE
For the dedicated student-athlete looking to continue their playing career at the college level with less time commitment than a varsity program. Reserve teams typically practice a few times a week and compete against other college reserve programs.
    • CLUB
Competitive sports options that may not necessarily compete in the NAIA. Many have their own independent conference affiliations and compete against other college programs.

Each of these programs has the ability to offer varying levels of scholarships to prospective athletes.

MVNU offers 21 varsity sports, 5 reserve sports, and 3 club sports.

    • WOMEN’S VARSITY— Basketball, bowling, cross-country, golf, softball, soccer, tennis, track and field, and volleyball
    • MEN’S VARSITY— Baseball, basketball, bowling, cross-country, golf, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, track and field, and volleyball
    • CO-ED VARSITY — Cheerleading and Esports
