Public Health is about focused community efforts to prevent disease, promote healthy lifestyles and protect the environment. It is what we do with our community partners to ensure conditions that support the health and well- being of our residents.

 

 

Knox County Health Department immunization clinic at Sanctuary Service Center, 304 Market St, Danville, 2nd Thursday of each month from 3pm to 6pm. Appointments are necessary. Immunizations are free -- if your insurance will cover the cost, please bring your card with you. There is a suggested 'per visit' donation of $10. It is important to keep the immunizations on a scheduled basis.  Please contact the Sanctuary Service Center to schedule in Danville at 740-599-7224.
