Scholarships & Financial Aid

Seniors planning to attend college after graduation should submit the FAFSA and apply for scholarships.

FAFSA
FAFSA - the new FAFSA launched in December 2023; there are issues that they are working to resolve - click here for a list of known issues and workarounds

Streamlines college applications for over 1000 schools, saving time, tracking deadlines, and supporting students, counselors, and recommenders.

Scholarships
-Scholarships are sorted by deadline
-Printed copies of local scholarships are also available in the Guidance Office.
-Pay special attention to the date given; some scholarships give the final deadline while others give a "postmark by" date.
-If transcripts, signatures, letters of recommendation, or other documents are needed, please allow sufficient time for those to be submitted by the Guidance Department. Please return the Senior Recommendation Letter Request if you need a letter of recommendation.
-NEVER pay to submit a scholarship, legitimate sites will not have fees.
-Be sure to use a personal email address so you will receive any follow-up communications from scholarship committees.
